Intro to Delve

Delve is a modern media intelligence platform built to help communications teams move beyond tracking coverage — and start understanding what that coverage actually means.

Traditionally, media monitoring meant spreadsheets, keyword searches, and counting impressions. Delve takes a more advanced approach. Once coverage is tracked, Delve analyzes each article to surface meaningful insight — so you can understand not just what was written, but how it was framed, who was mentioned, and whether your messaging is landing.

Instead of asking, “How many articles did we get?”

Delve helps you ask, “Are we winning the narrative?”

What Delve Does

Once an article is tracked in Delve, the platform automatically analyzes it for:

  • Overall sentiment

  • Key quotes (author, spokespeople, competitors, third parties)

  • Topic mentions

  • Competitor presence

  • Message pull-through

  • Emerging themes

This allows you to:

  • Measure share of voice

  • Understand share of mentions

  • Track key messaging performance

  • Identify narrative shifts

  • Create structured reports quickly

Delve connects seamlessly with tools like Slack and ChatGPT, making it easy to turn insights into action — whether that’s a daily news brief, a monthly deep dive, or proactive pitch development.

How to Think About Delve

A simple way to understand the workflow:

  • Inbox → Review and triage new coverage

  • Tracker → Where deeper analysis lives

  • Dashboard & Reports → Where you tell the story

Over time, your Tracker becomes a structured database of analyzed coverage — not just a list of links.

What’s With the Name?

We like the name Delve because it reflects what the product is built to do: Dive into your coverage.

It’s about going deeper into everything being said about your company and your world — not just skimming headlines.

There’s also a subtle nod to the era when the product was created. Around 2024, ChatGPT had a habit of using the word “delve” constantly — before em dashes took over, “delve” was everywhere. The name stuck.

That said, Delve is not positioned as an “AI product.” Intelligence is simply one component of how we deliver deeper analysis. The focus isn’t the technology — it’s the insight.
